A few words about
Investing in the Next Generation
Our projects
Our organization is involved in numerous projects . . .
Empowering youth through education, skills, leadership, and social impact for a stronger, more inclusive tomorrow.
Education
In our country, those who couldn’t go beyond the school and college level are usually not unemployed. It’s usually those who have achieved higher education from universities that tend to be unemployed. So, why does a person who has completed higher education become unemployed? Education was supposed to be a blessing in their life, so why is it drowning them in the curse of unemployment? Where is the problem? There are many issues, and there’s no denying that. However, the biggest problem is ‘attitude.’ Whenever a boy or girl achieves higher education, an attitude forms in them. They start to think of themselves as superior. They now feel that doing any small job is beneath their dignity! After all, they are highly educated! They deserve a prestigious job handed to them on a silver platter! Otherwise, their dignity begins to be questioned! On the other hand, the boy who didn’t make it past school is somehow managing to find work. Why? Because he doesn’t have that sense of dignity to uphold.
But is there such a thing as small, big, or extra-large jobs when it comes to work? Work is work, isn’t it? Then why do we have this mentality? We need to work on changing this negative mindset.
In our country, if an MBA holder works in a restaurant or opens a small tea shop, even thinking about it seems like a crime! Society is always ready to give them a slap in the face for even considering such things. However, in other countries, educated people work in coffee shops, restaurants, or supermarkets and still build their careers.
Does being educated mean getting a job? Does a job mean wearing a suit and tie and bowing down with “Yes, Sir” and “No, Sir”? Education should make a person more open-minded, so why are we, as a nation, becoming more narrow-minded?
We want to break this deep-rooted mentality set by society. We want to raise awareness and change people’s mindset.
Providing quality education
Education is light, and a teacher is the great guide who shows the way with a torch in hand. The job of light is to dispel darkness. But have you noticed how our current education system works? Every year, thousands of stagnant students graduate from higher education institutions in our country. They can’t find a job, so they curse the whole system and the country, feeling satisfied with their complaints. But what’s the use of cursing? The wheel of your destiny can only be turned by you. You have to secure your own food from your own plate. Are you going to sit around waiting for the system to change? Would that be the smart thing to do?
The truth is, the country is mine, and the fault is also mine. In our current education system, if you don’t memorize the textbooks and write them down in your exam papers, you won’t be able to complete your student life. Fine, maybe you did just that. You followed the current system and got the certificate like everyone else. But alongside that, there’s a lot you have to do on your own. You have to learn many things by yourself. If someone has to tell you what to learn, then it means you haven’t really grown yet.
One of the many tasks of our organization is to work with both the conventional education system and the necessary knowledge beyond it.
Training
Conventional education helps us obtain a certificate. With that certificate, we can reach a minimum level of success. That’s it. But thinking that you’ll live your entire life off that institutional education isn’t really a smart approach. Our generation doesn’t want to learn new things. They want to do everything using common sense. But common sense isn’t always very common. And even that common sense isn’t the same for everyone. One person might read at least 15 books a year, while another doesn’t read any. The common sense of these two people will never be the same. You have to learn. You have to know. To live, you have to know. To earn, you have to know. You have to develop new skills. Training could be a great investment for yourself. The World Economic Forum states that 65% of current students will take jobs in fields that haven’t even been created yet. Do you understand the importance of learning new skills? Studies show that those with technical and vocational training have a 25% higher chance of finding a job (OECD-2023). Investing in yourself opens up new doors of opportunity for entrepreneurs. Many surveys show that employers can’t find the right candidates, while candidates say they can’t find jobs. To break out of this loop, we need proper training. Stanford University says that trained employees have a 30% higher chance of promotion. Harvard Business Review says that employees with new skills earn 20-25% more on average. The importance of investing in yourself cannot be overstated. We dream of a Bangladesh filled with skilled manpower. This is why we’re taking this small initiative.
Skill development program
We all tend to think in the short term, seeking instant profits. Our vision often doesn’t stretch too far. We are reluctant to sharpen our tools for long-term gain. Those who have achieved greatness in life never woke up one morning to find themselves successful all of a sudden. Success comes little by little. It requires persistence, hard work, and, most importantly, smart work. If mere hard work could guarantee success, then donkeys would be kings of the forest. Only after putting in thoughtful and intelligent hard work can you dream of success. Until then, it’s not possible. Upgrade yourself. Develop your skills. If you don’t move forward, the country won’t move forward either. To make your journey toward success a bit easier, we offer all the necessary resources to help you develop your skills.
Skill development program
We are a very small organization, and we are small people as well. However, with utmost humility, we want to say that our dream is certainly not small. We are aiming to work quickly and effectively on developing a range of relevant skills. These will include skills related to technology and vocational training, information technology and digital skills, business and management expertise, digital marketing and e-commerce knowledge, healthcare and medical proficiency, soft skills and communication abilities, creativity and design, language and linguistic expertise, as well as entrepreneurial and freelancing skills. Additionally, we plan to focus on skills related to agriculture and environmental sustainability.
Youth leadership and empowerment
A leader cannot be made; a leader is born. However, leadership qualities can and must be learned. To guide a family, a society, a nation, or an entire country forward, we need capable leaders. Mediocre individuals can only get average results, but to bring about revolutionary change and reshape society, we need true leaders. A capable leader can pave the way for national progress, handle crises, foster social unity, eliminate social disorder, and drive economic prosperity. That leader must emerge from our student community. Leadership skills must be developed from student life itself. A nation must invest in the development of leadership skills. If the country fails to do so, then the responsibility falls on individuals to take it upon themselves. In line with this, we are continuing our efforts. We are working step by step on leadership training programs, community engagement projects, volunteer opportunities, leadership development seminars, conferences, and more.
Youth leadership and empowerment
When you work for an organization, you’re only taking responsibility for a single chair—your own. But when you run a business, it means you’re taking responsibility for countless chairs, for the lives and livelihoods of many people. As a business owner, both society and yourself stand to gain. However, establishing yourself as an entrepreneur is not an easy task. It requires a lot of hard work. Where there is more effort, there are greater rewards. We want you to make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people in society by becoming an entrepreneur. Take your career to new heights. For this, we are always ready to provide various kinds of support from our side.
Youth leadership and empowerment
We don’t consider our responsibility fulfilled by helping just a few people. This will not bring real change to society. To change society, everyone must come forward. Everyone must take responsibility from their own place. Only when everyone in society contributes can we build a strong community. We must work on community-based initiatives, identify local problems, and seek solutions. We need to work towards empowering the marginalized groups and raise awareness about social responsibility.
Without sustainable development, we cannot go very far. We need to think about sustainable development by creating entrepreneurs, running environmentally friendly initiatives, and providing equitable opportunities for people of all classes. Let’s work together to bring about change. Together, let’s build a new horizon of possibilities.
